C.R.E.E.P.I. Detectives

This is an animated series for anyone who knew and loved Hannah Barbara detective cartoons such as Scooby Doo, Charlie Chan and the Chan Clan, and Goober and the Ghost Chasers. However, this is also based partly on humorous cartoon spooks, including Filmation's Groovy Ghoulies, Hannah Barbara's Drak Pack and Ruby Spears' Dingbat and the Creeps. This is about a small group of detectives who are based on Universal Studio's monsters. They are bumbling detectives who try and solve mysteries behind extroardinary events, usually involved with ghosts and monsters. However, these guys are afraid of any monsters they encounter, and usually run away. In any event, the extraordinary event is always explained as a human dressing up and using some kind of special effect to try and scare everyone away for some reason (Similar to Scooby Doo).

In spite of being bumbling, unlikely heroes, the C.R.E.E.P.I. detectives always save the day. C.R.E.E.P.I. stands for: Creatures Researching Extroardinary Events Private Investigators. The cast is friendly-yet-silly, and their appearance doesn't scare anyone. They're much more likely to cause some kind of funny disaster by accidet. The cast includes: Franken (a Frankenstein's-monster-type detective who acts particularly dull-witted most of the time, but is still very good with machines and electronics. Whenever he gets electrified, however, he instantly has genius-level intelligence for a short amount of time.), Underwraps (A mummy who often wraps himself the wrong way and ends up tripping over his bandages or having all of his bandages fall off at an inappropriate time. Because he's usually wrapping and re-wrapping his bandages, he's pretty unreliable and often doesn't notice even obvious things. He's very conscious as far as first aid, especially when applying bandages.),

Victor (The semi-charismatic leader of the team, Victor is similar to Shaggy from Scooby Doo, having a close relationship to Sniffer. On the other hand, he's easily attracted to women, and is a strong leader of the team. He can turn into a bat, but he always messes up whenever he tries to hypnotise others, and he usually makes them do something he never wanted them to do. While not exactly smart, he usually comes up with ways to trap the bad guy.), Hambone (A skeleton who likes overacting when possible, and sometimes literally falls to pieces when he overreacts. A recurring gag is that he often leaves a bone of some kind behind and has to go back for it. This often leads to him getting clues the others don't get.),  Tricker Treat (A Jack-O-Lantern creature with a pair of bat wings and tennis shoes. He claims to be the head of the Headless Horseman, but he's not really scary as much as easily scared. He thinks he's the brains of the opperation, and he usually puts all the clues together to solve the mystery.),

Finally, there's Sniffer (Essentially a werewolf, he's actually the direct opposite. He's a wolf who turns into a person every full moon, and any animal he bites becomes the same. Though Sniffer is nothing like Scooby Doo, he essentially serves the same function, sniffing around for clues and providing comic relief. However, Sniffer cannot talk, even in his human form, therefore, his comedy is mostly pantemime.) Their origin isn't really important. They're just a bunch of wierdos who solve crimes and do some comical mishap in the process. Sometimes they get a reward for catching a crook, but that reward usually pays for a screwup that they caused solving it. Therefore, the group often searches for new odd jobs to do in order to get rich, but they're not particularly good at those either.

Anyway, now that I've told you a little about this newest idea, here are the first ten episodes:

1. Sure-Locked homes: When the Hound of the Baskavilles reappears, the C.R.E.E.P.I. detectives, who are in England to collect Victor's inheritance, investigate. In the end, it turns out that Victor's inheritance was all taken away due to taxes.

2. The Ghost of Jesse James: The C.R.E.E.P.I. detectives go to Texas to try drilling for oil, but when the ghost of Jesse James appears, they've got another mystery on their hands.

3. They sucre-blew it: When Franken wins a trip to Paris, and the other C.R.E.E.P.I. detectives stow away, they must solve the mystery of Nepoleon's ghost.

4. The Bird Brains of Alcatraz: When the ghost of Al Capone emerges, the C.R.E.E.P.I. detectives encounter trouble on their tour.

5. Eric the Red and Hambone the yellow: While in Norway, Hambone is stalked by Eric the Red, being the descendant of Eric's ancient nemesis.

6. Tooned up and ready: Franken tries to market a new cartoon, and the group encounter the ghost of a popular cartoon character who wants revenge for some reason.

7. Things look Grimm: When the group goes to visit Underwraps' niece and nephew in kindergarten, they find that the ghosts of Mother Goose characters are haunting the school.

8. Sniffer's girl: During a full moon, Sniffer turns human, and a woman falls in love with him. When they go to a romantic restaurant, they encounter the ghost of Cerano Debergerac.

9. Hold the Leon: A place that is elledged to be the Fountain of Youth becomes haunted by the spirit of Ponce De Leon.

10. The real ghost, busters!: Hambone wants to see a carnival psychic about contacting a lost relative, but the psychic is afraid that the spirits of past performers want their revenge on the carnival.

That's all for now. For more ghoulish fun, wait until I write out the next bunch of episodes. Thanks for reading!
